Two rotations, not one invented schedule
The experience description states a new Antarctic mining zone every hour. It does not name the zones, say whether the previous zone closes, or say that crystals reset. A page that prints a full named zone roster is ahead of the official text.
Separate guides describe a Mountain RNG button at the bottom left. It lists mountain types. Rarer types are described as carrying better crystals. Common mountains are described as weaker. That button and the hourly zone line should both be read in your server. They are not merged here into one made-up timetable.
What to do on the hour
- Open the zone information in your server after the hour.
- Open Mountain RNG if that button is on your screen and read the current mountain type.
- If warmth can hold the high band, go there. If not, mine a safe band and spend the Cash on Climb Higher.
- Sell before the next hour if you want the bag empty for whatever arrives next.
There is no official preview of the next zone. Logging in just after the hour gives you the longest look at the zone that just arrived. Missing an hour does not stop progress. Another zone is scheduled on the following hour.
Skip the low flank
Once warmth can handle the higher band, climb the outside cliff to that altitude and start mining there. Starting at the bottom spends the good mountain on low-value rock.
Hidden treasures are official. The description says you uncover them while mining. What they pay is on the in-game prompt. Radars are the consumable guides associate with buried targets.
